    During this  4-hour workshop we will:

    • Schedule 2 follow up calls to support your progress

  • Created in collaboration with Christina Hillestad, we present ReConnection Retreats – a series of transformative experiences designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul. From a rejuvenating wellness day to a weekend getaway or a full week of adventure, we’ve curated retreats to suit every need.
